- Your shopping cart is stored in your browser until checkout or removal.
Why we use it
We process personal information to create and fulfil orders, arrange delivery or collection, communicate status updates, process payments and refunds, handle warranty claims, prevent fraud, keep required records and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use checkout details for unrelated electronic marketing without the consent or other lawful basis required by POPIA.
Who receives it
Information is shared only when reasonably necessary with service providers involved in the transaction, such as Yoco for card payments, The Courier Guy for delivery, Resend for transactional email and our secure website hosting providers. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
Retention & security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, warranty support, dispute handling, accounting and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
